You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at kstar99's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by kstar99 may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your kstar99 login credentials with any third party. kstar99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kstar99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
kstar99 accepts deposits via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kstar99 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. kstar99 may modify these limits at its sole discretion.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits unless otherwise approved by kstar99. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. kstar99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. kstar99 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud is suspected pending investigation.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while funds remain in your kstar99 account, or after those funds have been wagered, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kstar99 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through illegitimate chargebacks.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by kstar99 are subject to wagering requirements, which will be specified at the time each offer is made. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
kstar99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has abused promotional offers, employed a strategy to exploit bonus terms, or engaged in collusive behaviour in connection with a promotion. Duplicate accounts created solely to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and funds forfeited.
kstar99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions may be amended mid-promotion where kstar99 determines an error has been made in the promotional terms or where continued operation of the promotion is no longer commercially viable.
All games offered on the kstar99 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly govern the matter in question.
kstar99 does not alter the outcome of any game. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in digital table games and slot titles are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated with physical equipment under continuous camera surveillance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, kstar99 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on available data. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned. kstar99's decision in such matters is final.

All content on the kstar99 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio — is the property of kstar99 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any kstar99 content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kstar99, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
kstar99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit kstar99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
kstar99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to kstar99 processing your personal data as described in that policy. kstar99 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kstar99 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kstar99's internal complaint process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
